Personal data is all information that shows a relation to your person, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, IP, data on usage behaviour.

A. Processing of personal data for informational use on the basis of legitimate interests, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO

In the case of a purely informational use of our website, i.e. if you do not register, log in or otherwise transmit additional information to us, we initially only collect and process the personal data that your browser and your Internet access provider transmit to our server.  These are data that are technically necessary to display the website to you and to guarantee the stability and security of our offer.

Specifically it concerns

  • Technical data (IP address, date, time of the request, content of the request, i.e. specific page, access status/http status code, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), amount of data transferred, website from which the request originates)
  • Operating system/browser data (operating system, interface, browser, language and version of browser software)

In order to provide the website functions and to fulfil our own obligations, we pass on your data to our service provider on the one hand and receive this data on the other.

We also store the above-mentioned data in log files. This storage is done to ensure the functionality of the website. We also use the data to optimise our Internet presence and ensure its security. However, the above data will not be stored together with other personal data.
We protect your data with the necessary technical and organisational measures to prevent possible misuse by third parties.

When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide us with (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your enquiry. The data collected in this context will be deleted after storage is no longer required, or the processing will be restricted if there are legal storage obligations.

  • If this is necessary in individual cases, your personal data may be transferred to an IT service provider in third countries in order to guarantee the IT operation of the company in compliance with the European data protection level.

E. Storage duration and criteria for determining duration

In the case of purely informational use (see point A.), we store the personal data mentioned as long as this is necessary for the service provision or use. They will be deleted after the specified purpose has been achieved.

F. Your rights

You can at any time request information from us on the data stored about you and its correction in the event of errors. We require the data recorded in our log files in order to maintain the operation of the website. Therefore, there is no right to object to this processing.

G. Use of web analytics

Integration of Youtube videos

(a)   We have included Youtube videos on our website that are stored on www.youtube.com and can be played directly from our website.

(b)  When you visit the Website, Youtube is informed that you have accessed the relevant page on our Website. In addition, the data mentioned under point A of this declaration will be transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Youtube provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with Youtube, you must log out before activating the button. Youtube stores your data as user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or the design of its website to meet your needs. Such evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website.
