Organisation and moderation of face-to-face and online events with actors and stakeholders
In this context, the NIT staff work with representatives of the respective “community”. These can be tourism professionals, such as destination managers and their staff, service providers from companies, organisations, administrative and political units, but also employees, guests and residents of all generations.
The NIT covers all important moderation formats and methods, such as:
- Presence and online moderation
- Small group facilitation: Working groups, focus groups, workshops, meetings of corporate bodies (shareholders’ meetings, supervisory board meetings, marketing advisory boards), steering groups of concept processes, etc.
- Large group moderations: Future conferences, bar camps, idea workshops, world cafés, residents’ meetings, tourism days of destinations
- Online dialogues in cooperation with renowned dialogue platforms and online tools
and some more.
The NIT also offers all accompanying services for the implementation of the participation and moderation formats. This includes information measures in preparation for the moderations, recruitment of participants via offline and online selection methods and registration procedures, event organisation, etc. Finally, the NIT is also happy to prepare moderation documentation. We can offer a wide range of services and cooperation partners, from a simple protocol of results to graphic recording, professional publication designs, etc.
Facilitation/hosted discussions: the NIT staff is very experienced in hosting smaller as well as larger groups during their decision processes and possesses the necessary know-how to arrange and organise conferences and congresses.
